Acknoledgements

no one is illegal on stolen lands

As the daughter of a mixed-heritage father and mother, with roots in both European and Mexican Indigenous communities, I carry deep gratitude and respect for the original caretakers of the lands where I live, play, and create.

I honor their existence, perseverance, and living presence of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.

I reaffirm my commitment to decolonial practices that use art and communication as bridges to heal, both land and spirit, standing in resistance to genocide, patriarchy, and capitalism.

My art is for us. My heart holds your heart. And may our spirits light each other.

And always...
